What is Meditation?
Meditation is an experience in which a person uses a technique, such as attention or concentrating the mind on a particular object, an idea, or a task, to train attention and awareness, and achieve mental, and clear emotional calm, and steady-state.

Researchers have found that meditation is not definable because the practice differs between different traditions, that are among them. Research is being conducted to better understand the health benefits of meditation, psychological, neurological, cardiovascular disease (CVD), and other territories.
